Enjoy a workout at your own pace, with no timer to rush you. A strength-based routine will be prepared for you, and a coach will be available to guide you through the exercises, providing tips, suggestions, and feedback along the way.

POWER BURN
Experience 21 minutes of dynamic intensity! Eliminate toxins and rejuvenate with this vigorous interval workout. It’s swift, highly efficient, and remarkably effective at burning fat and boosting your metabolism. We suggest incorporating one POWER BURN class weekly, as it seamlessly integrates with our other programs.

+ FINISHER
A classic Metabolic workout with less downtime. Swift, efficient, and effective. An optional finisher is offered for added strength.

ESSENTIAL STRENGTH
USE IT OR LOSE IT! As we age, lean muscle mass gradually decreases. Engaging in a weekly strength training routine can assist in maintaining and enhancing your body’s lean muscle. This class emphasizes fundamental strength exercises crucial for all age groups.
